Renature’s breakthrough lies in a proprietary solvent-free extrusion process that reproduces the chemistry of animal leather, combining tanning and shaping in a single step, converting 1kg of raw material into 1kg of Phyli® with no chemical alteration and minimal water consumption, delivering a noble touch, customisable texture and mechanical properties comparable to leather at -90% GHG emissions.

The solution integrates into luxury supply chains through direct material sales, co-development and bespoke service, with no process disruption for subcontractors.
